I found this fabric (print and sheer) while I was waiting FOREVER for someone to come (at a not so favorite fabric place) and cut some felt for me. The felt was for an Easter project that I didn't end up doing, maybe next year. This week I did, however, make another Lazy day Skirt... this one with a little pocket and sheer layer underskirt. Total cost of skirt: $3.72 ( I already had the ribbon).
